Greetings and Welcome to Greater Zion Hill's Website
Greater Zion Hill Baptist Church
"The Church Where Everybody is Somebody and Christ is All"
Collectively
for the members of Greater Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church, wish
to welcome you to our website. Through this media we anticipate
that our members both young and old alike will be able to
absorb the information placed on this website. Please notice
that there are instant links to both Facebook and Twitter, which
will be future media for Greater Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church.
If
Greater Zion Hill is to become a church that is spiritually and
emotionally healthy, it is essential that she be able to reach
all people, on all media at all levels. Consequently, this
website was developed to extend the arms of one of the most
greatest and historic churches in our community. Just drive down
Napier Avenue and see where God's people carry on the
mission of God's church. With the ministry theme "A
Church Where Everybody is Somebody and Christ is All", Greater Zion Hill intends to fulfill their promise to God and
the community which it serves by reaching out through all media.
Charles Wesley, the great hymn writer wrote in 1792, "To serve
the present age my calling to fulfill; O may it all my powers
engage to do my Master's will!" We at Greater Zion Hill are here to
serve the "Present Age"! Enjoy our site.
Pay Your Tithes and Offering On-line
Return to me, and I will return to you,” says the
Lord Almighty. “But you ask, ‘How are we to
return?’8 “Will a mere mortal rob God? Yet you rob me.
“But you ask, ‘How are we robbing you?’ “In tithes and offerings.
9 You are under a
curse—your whole nation—because you are robbing me.
10 Bring the whole
tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in
this,” says the
Lord Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the
floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be
room enough to store it.
